Tom possesses extensive therapeutic and coaching skills, complemented by a strong foundation in project management. As an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner, Tom holds multiple breathwork qualifications, including Oxygen Advantage and Breath as Medicine. Additionally, he is a certified NLP Practitioner and Coach, Optimize Coach, Havening Practitioner, and Mental Health First Aider. Tom specializes in men's health, breathwork, and optimising performance, leveraging his expertise to enhance mental and physical wellbeing.

Deeper Work & Events
Limited availability for our deep dive sessions. Join Lianne or Tom in person for a full day coaching, brainstorming and action in our Beam Day. Includes ongoing support for 3 months ideal for those experiencing burnout, feeling of lostness, and recovery.

We are integrative therapists so during a typical session we may use a number of these modalities depending on what comes up. You do not need to worry about choosing a therapy, although if you have any questions about any what might work best for you then contact us. This page will give you an idea of each therapy.
Havening
