We do not collect or store any banking or payment information.
All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers:

• Calendly for appointment bookings

• Wix for online shop purchases
  These platforms handle your payment information directly. Beam Therapy does not have access to, nor do we store, any of your financial or card details.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Data

• Session notes are stored in a password-encrypted note-taking application and are only accessible by your therapist.

• Any personal information submitted via our website or forms is protected using secure platforms.

• We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required to do so (e.g. where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law).

• We maintain high standards of data protection and confidentiality in accordance with professional therapy codes of conduct.

3. Confidentiality in Therapy

Everything you share during sessions is treated with the strictest confidence. The only exceptions where confidentiality may be broken are:

• If we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else

• If we are required to share information by law (e.g. in criminal investigations or safeguarding concerns)

• If you provide written consent for information to be shared (e.g. with a GP or other professional)

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information

• Request corrections to inaccurate data

• Request that we delete your data (unless required by law to retain it)

• Withdraw your consent at any time (where applicable)
